Cancellations & Changes
If you have second thoughts or need to change a size, use the link in your confirmation email immediately.

Before Production: You can edit or cancel your order anytime before it hits the printer.

After Production: Once the ink hits the fabric, the order is locked in and cannot be cancelled.
Damaged Goods & Quality Issues
We stand by our quality, but if your item arrives damaged or the print looks off, we’ll make it right. To get a replacement fast:

Lay the item on a flat surface.

Take a clear photo of the error/damage (bonus points if the tag is visible).

Send the photo and your order number to us via our contact page.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to report any issues.
Refunds & Returns
Because our shirts are made-to-order to reduce waste, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "buyer's remorse" or choosing the wrong size. We only issue refunds or replacements for manufacturing errors or damaged items.

Credit Cards: Expect to see the funds back in your account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
